Orders received Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day the order is placed. Orders placed from Saturday to Sunday will be shipped on the Monday.

TravelSim SIM cards are currently delivered with TNT, Fedex and Australia Post

Shipping to Europe: 2-3 days

Shipping to Australia: 2-3 days (with Australia Post, express post)

Shipping worldwide: 3-8 days

If placing your order on a Friday evening, please add an extra 2 days to delivery times.

Travelsim orders above 35 EUR (35USD) are eligible for Free Shipping!

Delivery charges will be be implemented to the orders below 35 EUR (35USD)

  • Europe 5EUR (5USD)
  • Rest of the world 10 EUR (10 USD)

If your SIM card has not arrived, please first check the delivery status of your shipment, using your tracking number.

Please note that we have some exceptions and TravelSim does not deliver SIM cards to Andorra, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Egypt, Estonia, French Polynesia, Russia, Turkey, India, Iran, Palestine, Gaza.
